You probably did not hear about it because it was peaceful. And btw, the opposition who eventually won, had their supporters sms poll results to a central number at their &quot;Rapid Response&quot; headquarters.  The opposition was able to tally results even before the official results.   This was a low-cost, fantastic, distributed and robust election monitoring.</description>
