A forward-looking paper by mobile industry analyst Chetan Sharma, ‘Mobile Services Evolution 2008-2018’, reflecting on a decade in which mobile device ownership moved from luxury to necessity worldwide and looking ahead to the next decade of mobile services extending well beyond voice communication.
