kiwanja.net Side Projects

Our operational model at kiwanja.net allows us to use income from paid work to subsidise in-house ideas and side projects. Over the years these included a manifesto for global development, a charter for donors, a website all about paying attention, and an app to help people save and share their memories.

A website that encouraged people to start paying attention to the everyday problems around them.

A four-part manifesto for change in global development.

An app that helped people save and share their special memories.

A charter that helped donors fund tech-for-development projects.

Helping Hand Home

A fund that helped homeless tech and social entrepreneurs back on their feet.
